Grace Grape Andritsch

Program Coordinator

Hello everyone! My name is Grace Andritsch and I have nearly 10 years of varied experience working with children, and over two in the outdoor preschool setting specifically. I look forward to fostering a relationship built on trust and care with both you and your student over our time together, learning and growing together everyday! I have secondary educational experience in Human Development and Family Science as well as Sign Language Interpreting and am currently pursuing further education in Early Childhood Education. I aim to ensure that the precious hours we spend together outside each day are filled with love, compassion, and loads of laughter! I cannot wait to share in the joys of outdoor preschool together :-).

Anna Armadillo Dickinson

In addition to working for my associate degree at Bellevue College, I have plans to attend college to pursue a degree in early childhood education and pediatric occupational therapy. Working with children has always played a significant role in my life, and I cherish the connections I can build with them. My goal is to leave a positive impact on every child's life and treat them with the love and respect they deserve so they can grow to be strong, independent, and confident individuals. I've had the pleasure of working as a nanny, camp counselor, daycare teacher, and gymnastics coach, which has helped me recognize how essential it is for kids to spend time outside experiencing nature. I can't wait to be a part of these kiddos' journeys!

Lightner Ladybug Callahan

Lightner has worked previously in outdoor summer camps in her home state of Texas. She joined our teaching team at the start of our preschool year and has worked as a teacher in our outdoor preschool classrooms. Lightner brings such kindness and patience to her work with littles and absolutely loves exploring the forest/creek/environment with her kiddos!

Alexa joined our team for our Summer Camp in 2023 and has been such a special member of our team! She loves being silly with kiddos and getting down on the floor to play all the games!

I am currently the Director and Lead Teacher of Forest Friends Preschool and acted as the Director and Lead Grizzly Teacher for Adventure Camp last summer. I have years of experience working with children in the classroom, on the playground, in the home, and even on adventures! Getting to connect with your child and watching them grow and explore the world around them brings me the absolute greatest joy. I think there is a lot to be learned from kids and I am excited to get to know your little "cub", learn from them and grow my own teaching style around their interests!

Trina Eichel

Lakemont Grizzlies & Afternoon Program Team

I am the Assistant Director and Co-Lead Teacher at Forest Friends Preschool. I also worked as the Assistant Director and Lead Teacher of the Teddies during last year's Curious Cub Adventure Camp Summer session. I have 8 years of childcare experience and am excited to take on this new adventure of our own summer camp! I have worked the past 3 summers as an educator at various summer camps in the San Francisco Bay Area. I graduated from Carleton College with a BA in Environmental Studies and minor in Educational Studies. I am incredibly passionate about working with and guiding children in their learning and development. I hope to inspire our Cubs to value and respect the earth and all its inhabitants through our daily lessons and adventures!
